After a long spell of inactivity, Graphic Design on the Radio is back with a new series. First show airs Thursday 15th April 3.00-4.00pm.

It’s the usual mix of chat and music, but this time with more emphasis on the chat than the music. Future programmes include investigations into the iPad and its likely impact on design and publishing, design blogging, green issues in graphic design, and a look at the short-lived revolutionary 1960s publication Form with its editor and designer Professor Philip Steadman.

First guest is graphic polymath and cultural impresario Cally Calloman. He promises to play music ‘half of which has never been heard on the wireless before’, and at least one item which will be ‘the greatest record ever made.’

You have been warned.
